At 25, Rani is a mother to 4 children, wife to a snacks vendor, and a budding entrepreneur. A home based stitcher, she choose to exert herself and do something more. The reason; she wanted to give her children everything that they could ask for. Rani’s determination to provide for her kids gave her the power to follow her dreams and become a micro-entrepreneur with Kaarvan Crafts Foundation.
Her time with Kaarvan Crafts Foundation taught her multiple things. On the vocational end, she learned the tricks of trade such as marketing, branding, customer management and quality control and assurance. Additionally, she also learned how to manage people, how to handle stressful situations, and how to maintain her spirit through thick and thin.
Today, with the support of her husband and her family, Rani is well on her way to establish herself as a force to be reckoned with. She wants to give the best to her kids, in order to allow them to break away from the cycle of poverty that she is stuck in. She wants to educate them, to make them independent. And most of all, she wants to see her daughters become self-sufficient individuals who can hold their own. At 25 years of age, Rani is carrying her burden with more grace and strength than most of us can even imagine. But there is nothing that will stop her from achieving what she wants.
